Panel settings
Settings apply to the whole account. Everyone can see them, only an admin can change them.
Who can change them
Only admins of the GoHighLevel account. The panel (the Wappuccino item in the sub-account menu) knows who you are because it opens inside GoHighLevel. If you are not an admin you see "You can see these settings. Only an admin can change them." and switches and buttons are greyed out: ask an admin of your account.
The same goes for numbers: everyone can see and link them, but adding, disconnecting and removing them is for admins. Routing & queue is admins only too.
Appearance
Language (English or Italian) and theme. Just for you, in this browser.
Messages

Which groups reach GoHighLevel: none, all, or only the ones you pick. See WhatsApp groups.
Webhooks
To send events to your own URL (n8n, Zapier, your server). Tap Add webhook, type an https:// URL reachable from the internet and pick the events:
- Message received, Message sent, Message status, Message not sent, Reaction;
- Number connected, Number disconnected;
- History imported, History not imported;
- Channel post.
Each webhook has a secret: copy it right away, it is not shown again. Calls are signed with that secret (x-signature header). Send a test sends a test event and shows the result.
Email alert
The email that gets an alert when a number goes offline. See Disconnect alerts.
API keys
For n8n and other tools that use this account's API. Create a key with a name (for example "n8n") and an access level, Admin or User. Copy it right away. Revoke turns it off at once: tools using it stop working. You cannot revoke the key you are using.
