Wappuccino

Terms of Service

Last updated: 11 October 2026. See also the Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are and what Wappuccino is

Wappuccino is an app for GoHighLevel (GHL) offered by Squadd SRL, VAT IT06256330876, Via San Domenico Savio 13, Caltagirone (CT), Italy ("SQUADD", "we"). It connects WhatsApp to your GHL sub-accounts: messages in a GHL conversation leave from a linked WhatsApp number, and replies arrive in the same conversation. The link works through WhatsApp Web (QR code or pairing code), not through Meta's official API. "You" means the agency or business that uses GHL and installs the app.

2. Installation and acceptance

You install the app from the GHL Marketplace. By installing or using it you confirm that you have the authority to do so for your agency or business, and you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

3. Price and free trial

The plan is $15 per month for each sub-account, with five WhatsApp numbers included. Billing runs through the GHL Marketplace. The price, the free trial and the billing terms shown on the app listing in the Marketplace prevail over any other indication. If a payment fails, the service may be paused.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to:

  • not send spam or unsolicited messages; get and keep recipients' consent before writing to them, and respect requests to stop being contacted;
  • follow the terms and policies of WhatsApp and Meta and the laws that apply (privacy, commercial communications, consumer protection);
  • not use the service for unlawful content, scams or harassment, or to get around limits set by WhatsApp;
  • link only numbers you are entitled to use, and keep your credentials and API keys safe.

You alone are responsible for the messages you send and the contacts you send them to.

5. WhatsApp risk: please read

Wappuccino is not affiliated with, sponsored by or approved by WhatsApp or Meta. Because the link does not use the official API, WhatsApp may limit, suspend or block a number at any time and without notice, even if you use the service correctly. We take steps to lower the risk (gradual sending rhythm, automatic pauses), but we cannot remove it or promise that a number will never be blocked. You use the service at your own risk and accept the consequences, including the loss of a number.

6. No guarantee of delivery

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered, read or received on time, or that the service will always be available and error-free. This also depends on WhatsApp, GHL, the network and the recipient's phone.

7. Suspension and cancellation

You can uninstall the app from GHL at any time. We can suspend or close access, even immediately, if these Terms are breached, in case of abuse, if other customers or the infrastructure are at risk, or if payment fails. When access closes, the WhatsApp links stop. Data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy, including deletion on request.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, SQUADD is not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost profit, lost customers, lost contacts or a lost WhatsApp number, blocks decided by WhatsApp). Our total liability to you does not exceed what you paid for the service in the 12 months before the event. Wilful misconduct, gross negligence and any liability the law does not allow to be limited are not affected.

9. Governing law and courts

These Terms are governed by Italian law. The Court of Caltagirone has exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except for the mandatory forum of a consumer, where it applies.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version in force is always this page, with the update date at the top. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept it.
