Wappuccino

WhatsApp, inside GoHighLevel.

Wappuccino connects your WhatsApp numbers to GoHighLevel. Chats land in Conversations, workflows send from the number you choose, and delivery and read receipts sync back to the contact.

€15 per month per sub-account, with five numbers included.

From install to first message in three steps.

01

Install the app

Authorize Wappuccino once from the GoHighLevel Marketplace. An agency install covers every sub-account under it.

02

Scan a QR code

Link a WhatsApp number to a sub-account with a QR code or a pairing code. Each number gets its own fixed IP before it connects.

03

Message from GoHighLevel

Reply in Conversations or send from workflows. Incoming chats match or create the contact, and statuses flow back as they happen.

What you get once a number is connected.

Two-way inbox

Incoming WhatsApp messages open in Conversations. Wappuccino finds the contact by phone number or creates one, and attaches media up to 5 MB.

The right number, every time

Running several numbers? Write {WA#2} in a message, tag a contact with wa:+15551234567, or assign users to numbers. If the number you picked is offline the message fails, and it never leaves from a different one.

Sent, delivered, read

Sent, delivered and read update on the GoHighLevel message as WhatsApp reports them. A failed message comes back with a reason code.

New numbers warm up on a schedule

New numbers start at 15 messages on day one and grow about 20% a day. Sends follow a human rhythm with typing pauses, and quiet hours default to 7 pm to 9 am.

One number, one IP

Every number connects through its own fixed proxy IP, checked every minute or two. With no healthy proxy a number stays offline instead of connecting directly.

Do Not Disturb still applies

Do Not Disturb, blacklists and a switch for new contacts apply to every message, so automations stay inside the lines you set.

One install, every sub-account

Install once and cover every sub-account. Add numbers for each client, resell them, and get a signed webhook alert the moment a number disconnects.

One plan, five numbers.

Per sub-account

€15 / month

Five WhatsApp numbers included.

  • Five WhatsApp numbers for each sub-account
  • Two-way sync with Conversations and workflows
  • Delivered and read receipts on every message
  • Warm-up, pacing and a fixed IP for every number
  • Disconnect alerts by signed webhook
  • One agency install for all your sub-accounts

The awkward questions first.

Is this the official WhatsApp Business API?

No. Wappuccino links a regular WhatsApp number the way WhatsApp Web does. You skip template approvals and Meta's per-conversation fees, and WhatsApp's terms apply to how you use the number.

Can a number get banned?

Any connection outside the official API carries some risk, and nobody can promise zero. Wappuccino lowers it with warm-up, daily caps, human pacing, quiet hours and one fixed IP per number. If WhatsApp restricts a number, Wappuccino stops first contacts and keeps replies going.

Do I need GoHighLevel?

Yes. Wappuccino is an app for the GoHighLevel Marketplace and works inside your account.

Can agencies resell numbers?

Yes. An agency installs once, adds numbers for each sub-account and can resell them to its clients.

What happens when a number disconnects?

You get a signed webhook alert with the reason: logged out, paused, proxy down, restricted or banned.

How is my data protected?

WhatsApp sessions and GoHighLevel tokens are stored encrypted, and every webhook from GoHighLevel is checked against its signature before Wappuccino acts on it.
