Disconnect alerts

If a number stops working, Wappuccino tells you right away, so you can reconnect it before customers notice.

Email alert

  1. In the panel open Settings, section Email alert.
  2. Type the email that should get alerts and save. Leave it empty for no emails.

The email arrives when a number of the account goes offline and says which number. Only an admin can change the address.

When it arrives

  • WhatsApp closed the session (for example the device was removed on the phone).
  • The number was paused because of a problem.
  • The number's connection is down.
  • WhatsApp banned the number.

It does not arrive when you disconnect the number yourself from the panel, or when a QR code expires before it is used.

With a webhook

If you use other tools (n8n, Zapier or your own server), in Settings › Webhook pick the Number disconnected event. See Panel settings.

For agencies

In the agency view, the Health page lists disconnected, stuck or failing numbers across all accounts, and accounts with a failed payment. Open an account to fix it.

What to do

  1. Open the number in the panel and check its status.
  2. If it is Disconnected, tap Reconnect and scan a new QR code.
  3. If it is Paused, tap Resume. If it does not come back, try Restart connection.
  4. If it stays in error, write to us (see Support).
