Install Wappuccino, link a WhatsApp number and start messaging from GoHighLevel.

1. Install

  1. Open Wappuccino in the GoHighLevel Marketplace and install it. An agency install covers every sub-account under it.
  2. Authorize the app when GoHighLevel asks for permissions.
  3. Open the Wappuccino panel inside the sub-account you want to use.

2. Link a WhatsApp number

  1. In the panel, add a number.
  2. Scan the QR code from WhatsApp on your phone (Linked devices), or use the pairing code if you prefer.
  3. Wait for the status to show Connected. Each number connects through its own fixed proxy IP, assigned before the connection starts.

When you link a number, WhatsApp sends its recent history. Wappuccino keeps it for reference and leaves it out of your statistics.

3. Receive messages

Incoming WhatsApp messages open in Conversations. Wappuccino matches the contact by phone number or creates one. Media up to 5 MB is attached to the message.

4. Send messages

Reply from Conversations, or send from a workflow. Sent, delivered and read update on the message as WhatsApp reports them. A failed message comes back with a reason code.

5. Choose the number

With more than one number on a sub-account, pick the sender in one of these ways:

  • write {WA#2} in the message to use number 2;
  • tag a contact with wa:+15551234567 to always use that number;
  • assign GoHighLevel users to numbers.

If the number you picked is offline, the message fails. It never leaves from a different number.

6. Warm-up and pacing

New numbers start at 15 messages on day one and grow about 20% a day. Sends follow a human rhythm with typing pauses. Quiet hours default to 7 pm to 9 am. Do Not Disturb, blacklists and the new-contacts switch apply to every message.

7. Disconnect alerts

When a number goes offline, Wappuccino sends a signed webhook with the reason: logged out, paused, proxy down, restricted or banned. If WhatsApp restricts a number, first contacts stop and replies keep going.

8. Pricing and cancellation

$15 per month for each sub-account, with five numbers included, billed through the GoHighLevel Marketplace. To cancel, uninstall the app from GoHighLevel. To have your data deleted, write to [email protected] (see the Privacy Policy).
